Zoom online fitness classes


Sign up to one of our online fitness classes. You will need to register for free with Zoom to access the videos. This package allows you to have access to 5 online classes.

Current timetable: 

Monday 9.30-10am full body weights workout – 10-10.45am Stretch

Legs, glutes & core 6-6.45pm – FREE if you subscribe to any of the website packages

Tuesday 12.30-1pm live workshop

Friday 10-11am (Leicestershire Golf Club Pilates)

Pilates for everyone 5.30-6.30pm

Saturday 10-10.45am Stretch – FREE if you subscribe to any of the website packages

Please note: For online classes you will need to contact Charlotte to book a space.

A membership subscription will entitle you to one free live class per week: Monday evening workout or the Saturday morning stretch!

Private sessions are also available.

Join us live online to do a stretch or Pilates fitness session at home! Ideal if you have a yoga mat, resistance band and Pilates/Yoga ball but not essential. Some of these online classes can be done with absolutely no equipment.
