12 week online postnatal program


Are you 2-6 months postnatal & looking to get back into exercise but want to do it in the safest way possible?!

This fitness program is based on Pilates exercises and includes a combination of standing, seated and mat based exercises. Each exercise is layered up so that you can work at a level which is suitable for you.

Private sessions are also available.

This online program is perfect for anyone who wants to become part of a team of women who want to build a strong postnatal body they can love and depend on.

Each week you will be given new exercises to challenge your body gently during it’s recovery.

This class will potentially run every Monday at 1pm but this is subject to change depending on interest.


It is essential that you have had your postnatal check and have been given the all clear to exercise by your midwife/GP.
