12 week Pilates TLGC


Every Friday at 10-11am on Zoom

Starts on 17 Sept July for 12 weeks…

Ideally you will need a

  • Yoga mat
  • Small Pilates ball/cushion
  • Stretch band/towel
  • Glute band/small weights

This course can be done with no equipment. 😃

Private sessions are also available.

Are you a member of The Leicestershire Golf Club? 

Are you looking to do some alternative exercise to compliment your golf?

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise which aims to strengthen the body in a balanced way with particular focus on improving core strength.

With golf like many other sports being mainly one side dominant, this can bring about postural changes or cause unwanted aches and pains. Often in the lower back, hips and knees.

All the exercises are layered up gradually, it’s important that you start in the correct posture and gradually you move your body to help to strengthen it from this position. You should work in a range of movement and intensity level which suits you.


It is essential that you have had permission from your GP to exercise before signing up for this program
