Are you looking to do some alternative exercise to compliment your golf?
Pilates is a low impact form of exercise which aims to strengthen the body in a balanced way with particular focus on improving core strength.
With golf like many other sports being mainly one side dominant, this can bring about postural changes or cause unwanted aches and pains. Often in the lower back, hips and knees.
All the exercises are layered up gradually, it’s important that you start in the correct posture and gradually you move your body to help to strengthen it from this position. You should work in a range of movement and intensity level which suits you.
