12 week online Thursday evening Pilates


Every Thursday at 5.30-6.30pm

Ideally you will need a

  • Yoga mat
  • Small Pilates ball/cushion
  • Stretch band/towel

This course can be done with no equipment.

The next 12 week program starts on the 16th September 2021! 😃
