This class is great for anyone who is interested in strengthening the muscles in their lower body and core.
This class includes a warm up/mobility exercises and exercises such as:
- Wall and half squats
- Squats with holds and pulses
- Glute clam
- Double and single leg glute bridge
- + core focused exercises
Some of the exercises can be done with a weight or a stretch/glute band.
If you find any of the exercises difficult or if you are limited physically there’s always an alternative for you to try.
It is essential that you have had permission from your GP to exercise before signing up for this program
