    I subscribed to Charlotte’s Zoom online Monday class since it was made available.
    I find Monday light weight 30 minutes workout class a perfect way to learn the correct use dumbbells , kettlebell and do exercises such as squats /lunges/deadlifts/rows/shoulder press/shoulder raises/arm curls and extensions/ floor exercises like press ups and glute bridges etc with the aim of maintaining/ increasing muscular strength,
    Followed by 45 minutes of stretch class which the subscribed members are all too familiar with various stretch exercises for mobility and posture.
    I can’t thank Charlotte enough for inspiring /motivating /and ensuring participants exercise using correct techniques.
    Thank you Charlotte for teaching me that mindset is everything! Do your postures with control and if you struggle with certain exercises it’s absolutely fine ! You will get better over time !
